The Role:
This role will work alongside our current Operations Team and our other management in Auckland. We are looking for 2 energetic people that wish to take on a new challenge.
The roster is based on a Sunday to Thursday role or a Tuesday to Saturday. To be successful in this role you will
- Have high attention to detail, work well under pressure and have a real can-do attitude. As well as having previous work experience
- You must be able to demonstrate clear and confident communication skills along with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skills to learn to use in house and other IT systems and Apps.
- An ability to work alongside senior operational branch staff to ensure a high standard of customer service is essential.
Our ideal candidate will have
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team,
- Have tons of initiative and the capability to think outside the square.
- You will also have the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.
- Experience in training and managing staff is preferred,
The successful applicant will be providing and developing skills in the following areas
- Roster Management
- Security Industry Knowledge
- Client Liaison and Management
- Training and development Ideal applicants should have the following
- Willingness to Learn and Develop their skillset
- Customer Service Experience
- Security License or Ability to obtain one
- High Level of personal presentation
- Ability to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast moving business
- Relevant computer skills
- Good Driving History
- Clean Criminal History
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to write reports
- NZ Drivers License
- Be active and physically mobile
- Ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relations ,
